The hotel is nestled in a vibrant location in The Valley, close to everything in Fortitude Valley but slightly removed from the noisy night clubs. The rooms feature lovely artwork but are impacted by loud music from a nearby alleyway at midnight. The service is attentive and customer-focused, offering requested amenities swiftly. However, there are no basic cooking facilities or microwaves in the rooms.
The hotel is perfectly located in The Valley with easy access to nice restaurants. The rooms are amazing, especially with the indoor balcony and a giant comfortable bed. However, lacking basic cooking facilities like a microwave was a downside. The service was exceptional, with staff members focusing on customer service. I enjoyed the fried fish at the dining area, and overall, the facilities were great.
